Paid: `GET /v1/read?url=https://example.com` returns HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (x402 v2). Pay with an x402 client (Base or Solana USDC) and retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Funds go straight to the operator's wallet; the service never holds them.
